it isn't fair, really.
he has no ammunition of his own, no way to retaliate. the reality though, is there is nothing to retaliate against and jin ling is happy to follow the lead if it takes him to another kiss. another touch. he parts his lips, meets sizhui's tongue with his own.
in theory, this should be strange but it's far from it. jin ling doesn't really know what he's doing, if he's good at this but he's not about to stop and ask. not now. not when then he'd die of embarrassment and hurl himself out of the resurrection cycle, thank you very much.
it's a wonder that he can have all of these thoughts, really, as his mind also simultaneously short circuits as sizhui moves wholly into his lap. and that, that heat pooling low in his stomach as their bodies meet is unlike anything he's felt. unlike anything he's fantasized about. it's instinctual to groan into sizhui's mouth, to pull him closer as his hips rock up and-- and then he freezes, realizes that this is a line they haven't crossed yet.
