Sure, Itto can't read his thoughts, but he's doing a helluva job reading the way his consternation shows through the subtle shift in his expression. He swallows hard, forcing down the gasp creeping up his throat when Itto grinds against him, his eyelashes fluttering at the hot, wet sensation of Itto's tongue dragging across his cheek. A few moments ago, he wasn't worried at all about being eaten, but all this licking does have him wondering . . .

He can't get distracted by that, however, taking into consideration what Itto says next. Of course he was told every single rumor upon his arrival, warned and chided, yet encouraged because fear certainly does things to people. ‘Mindless,’ he says in such a derisive tone, it's palpable. Is that what everyone truly believes Itto is? From what he's experienced, confused arousal aside, the man is smart, strong, quick and deft, and far more eloquent than he would've imagined some raging, murderous demon to be. The way Itto stares at his mouth, even now he seems like he's contemplating his next move without giving much away. Still, Sizhui asks, “What if someone proved them wrong?”

And that's all he manages before Itto pushes their hips together again, causing an airy little sigh to pass his lips afterward. He does plan to respond, to demand Itto tells him what he means with all this devouring business, except it's the ‘You're going to be my first’ remark that really throws him, lets Itto take advantage once he's dipped closer and capture his mouth. The surprised noise is muffled though there nonetheless, passing between them as Itto's tongue delves into his mouth, even if it peters-out into a quiet groan after their tongues meet. He's red-faced and burning, so hot in a way he's never felt, it's instinctive to kiss back, but the way he attempts wrenching his arms free whenever Itto grasps his chin is absolutely a retaliative combat maneuver.
