i could have? we were arguing about the cat, though... seems like a bad time to ask for ice-cream.

but since things are better, where are we meeting up?

I wasn't really serious about the cat. ( he thinks sora would know that by now? it's hard to tell. )

The usual spot. We'll just walk from there.

...you weren't? [well, uh, now he feels real foolish. one would figure he'd know by now, but watch him keep surprising people.] now, i'm really sorry about the cat.

( in the meantime, he's just going to head to their agreed meeting place and wait since they're now going on an ice cream run. )

[because it's riku, he's not worried about how open that leaves things, either. besides, sora has other stuff to focus on-- like not tripping over his feet while he's rushing about, still in the process of yanking his sleeveless jacket on mid-run toward their designated meeting spot.
